Program Terms

The Fine Print

Plain English. Fair for everyone.

I Commissions are paid on completed, non-refunded orders only. If a customer refunds within our return window, the commission is reversed.
II Cookie windows reset on every click. Whichever affiliate's link was clicked most recently before purchase earns the commission.
III Self-referrals are not permitted. Commission on your own orders or those of immediate family members will be voided.
IV No paid search on our brand terms. Bidding on "Pawtré Studio" or close variants in Google Ads, Bing, etc. is prohibited.
V Disclose your affiliate relationship in line with FTC, ASA, and ACCC guidelines wherever you promote.
VI No spam, no misleading claims, no incentive-traffic networks. We reserve the right to terminate affiliates who damage the brand.
VII Payouts are minimum $50 USD equivalent, processed monthly via Stripe Connect or PayPal. Below threshold, balance rolls over.

Payouts run on the 1st of each month for the previous month's earnings, provided you've cleared the $50 minimum threshold. Funds typically land in your account within 3 business days.

Each affiliate gets a unique tracking link and a personal promo code. Sales are tracked via first-party cookies (60–120 days depending on tier) and at checkout when a customer enters your code.

Approved affiliates get access to a media kit: high-res before/after images, sample portraits in all five styles, banner ads, social-ready Reels templates, email swipe copy, and brand guidelines.
