Pawtré Studio partners with Prodigi, a global print-on-demand network with production facilities across Australia, the UK, the EU, the USA, and Asia. When you place an order, we automatically route your portrait to the facility closest to your shipping address.
This means most international customers receive a domestic delivery — no customs hold-ups, no overseas shipping fees, and a smaller carbon footprint. Every print, regardless of facility, follows the same quality-controlled production process.
Your portrait is printed and quality-checked within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Prints are sandwiched between rigid boards inside protective boxes. Framed art is corner-protected and bubble-wrapped.
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the print facility.

Because Prodigi prints locally in most major regions, the vast majority of orders are treated as domestic shipments with no customs paperwork and no import charges. This includes orders shipped within Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most EU member states.
For orders shipped across borders — for example, to remote regions or countries without a local Prodigi facility — any import duties, VAT/GST, or local taxes are assessed by the destination country's customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them in advance.
If you've chosen the digital download option, your high-resolution portrait file is delivered to your email inbox within minutes of payment confirmation. There are no shipping fees, no customs, and no waiting — just your masterpiece, ready to print at home or display on screen.
Digital files are provided in print-ready PNG and JPG formats at 300 DPI, suitable for printing up to 24×36" without loss of quality.

While Prodigi's global network is highly reliable, occasionally parcels are delayed or lost in transit. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@pawtrestudio.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if your order is confirmed lost, arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
